It is a th 3rd class hotel with just name of a 5 Star food is good but the staff and the hospitality of this hotel is not up to the mark I have never expected a hotel which call them self as a 5 star hotel can treat their customer very badly I was with my family so I ask them to provide me two bed in room one bed was provided which was not even a queen or a king size but a small bed and I have to ask for the other bed they told me that I don't have a bed they give me a mattress with a whole bed sheet after having arguments for 10 minutes they provided me a folding bed but that was also broken but I managed I was travelling with my parents both are senior citizen and a four year old daughter had some work because of that I had visitor Delhi but never expected from this hotel such bad service .I paid 10000rs per day but it was not at all worth

The room and common facilities are clean, breakfast at cafe Resto is amazing. Hotel staff are very helpful, Prateek from the reception Ayush at Cafe resto and Yuktie are incredible. The gym and swimming pool also made our stay active and healthy.

I have been staying at Jaypee Siddharth, New Delhi since many years now. This was a trip to Delhi after a while and I decided to stay at this hotel yet again. I was not disappointed. Smooth check-in process, clean rooms with all promised amenities and timely housekeeping. In room dining was crisp on schedule. Breakfast spread was impressive with options for people of all tastes. The icing on the cake is the fantastic service of the restaurant staff. They checked on me multiple times to see if I was enjoying the spread and if I wanted something. Very nice and thoughtful especially for a solo traveler like myself. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Central Delhi.
